VITAMIN D

If you need a liquid form of vitamin D, NUSAVA  has an organic tincture with Omega-3 and MCT. There are also spray forms that work well for kids. One is made by NOW, and the other is made by VEGAN LIFE. The NOW liposomal D-3 & K-2 spray is 1000IU/100 mcg. The VEGAN LIFE D3/K2 is 800IU/120mcg. Both are NON-GMO, which is good, but they have (natural flavors) in their ingredients list. If you’re looking for a chewable D3 LLAMA NATURALS, makes a gummie. One gummie for a kids’ dose and two for adults. *SIDE NOTE – If you don’t know, natural flavors are not natural, but if you need to get your little ones to take extra vitamins, the sprays or gummies work well.
