Super kids!

Sometimes, kids can be picky eaters. All my younger kids want to eat is GREEK YOGURT and berries. Which is good for getting their pre and probiotics. But what about a healthy meal with healthy fat & protein? Besides Kidz Superfood powder, which is a fun, healthy way for kids to get protein, fruits, and probiotics. Grass-fed BEEF is a great source of protein & and makes a great base for filling your kids’ bellies. One of my favorite quick & easy meals for my kiddos is to make Taco Bowls. I take two pounds of Grass-Fed Beef and brown them in my cast iron skillet. I add Pink Himalayan Salt and Organic Garlic Powder. Then I grate one cup of Organic Colby Jack Cheese and mix it into the meat. Once mixed, put into individual bowls and add a dolup of Organic Greek Yogurt and Pork Rinds on the top for dipping. DELICIOUS!
